Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Chaseline, a mobile CRM for tracking sales leads and customer follow-up. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Chaseline helps you track leads and customers you enter or that it detects from your connected inbox, and can draft (never send without your approval) follow-up emails. Features that rely on AI drafting or inbox scanning may be limited or unavailable at any time, including due to third-party service availability.

Your account and data

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the deal and contact information you enter, and for how you use it — including complying with applicable laws about contacting your customers and leads (e.g. consent and opt-out requirements for marketing messages).
• You may only track contacts and leads you have a legitimate business relationship with or reason to contact.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, or by contacting ChaselineLLC@gmail.com.

Connected accounts

If you connect Gmail, you authorize Chaseline to read relevant emails and send messages on your behalf only when you tap "Send" on a drafted message. You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Chaseline to send unsolicited bulk email, harass anyone, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

No warranty

Chaseline is provided "as is." Temperature scoring, AI-drafted content, and lead detection are assistive tools, not guarantees — always review drafted content and use your own judgment before sending anything to a customer or lead.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chaseline and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
