Now building · early access opening soon

Know what's about to close before you lose it.

Chaseline reads the texts, emails, and calls you're already having and quietly sorts every deal by temperature — so a 10‑second glance between jobs tells you exactly who to call.

Built for the owner who sells it themselves.

Why leads slip through

You don't have a lead problem. You have a nobody's-watching-three-inboxes-at-once problem.

Leads come in by text, email, and phone call — often the same afternoon, while you're mid-job. Nothing's wrong with your pitch. The follow-up just never happens.

21×

more likely to qualify a lead when you reply in 5 minutes instead of 30 — most businesses take 47 hours.

80%

of deals take 5 or more follow-ups to close. Only 8% of owners ever follow up that many times.

78%

of small businesses lose a customer for one reason: nothing was tracking the lead in the first place.

You're on a roof, under a sink, or driving between jobs — the call goes to voicemail, they don't leave a message, and they call the next name on the list. Chaseline logs it anyway, so the deal doesn't quietly die in your voicemail.

The problem

Standalone CRMs are built for sales teams. You're one person, closing deals between everything else.

You already text customers back, quote jobs over email, and keep half a schedule in your head. A CRM asks you to re-type all of it into a screen you'll open twice and abandon. Chaseline doesn't ask.

A typical CRM

  • Manual entry for every new lead and note
  • A separate app you have to remember to open
  • Built for reps managing a team's quota
  • Shows you a funnel report you didn't ask for
  • Lets a missed call go straight to voicemail — and the next competitor

Chaseline

  • Reads your inbox, texts, and calendar (with permission) and files the deal itself
  • Lives on your phone for the 10 seconds you actually have
  • Built for the owner doing their own selling
  • Shows one thing: who's about to close, and who's gone quiet
  • Logs missed calls and texts automatically, so a busy afternoon doesn't cost you the deal

The core screen

Every deal has a temperature. You always know where you stand.

No pipeline stages to configure, no custom fields. Chaseline watches how a conversation is actually going and moves the deal for you.

Hot

They said yes, asked for a date, or replied in the last day.

Warm

Engaged — opened a quote, asked a question, booked a call.

Cold

Early conversation. Interested, nothing urgent yet.

Stalled

Gone quiet past your usual reply window. Most deals take 5+ follow-ups — this is the nudge that gets you there.

How it works

Three steps. You only do the last one.

01

A conversation happens

A customer texts, emails, or books time on your calendar — wherever you already talk to them.

02

Chaseline reads it and tags the deal

With your permission, it links the message to the right deal and updates its temperature automatically.

03

You glance and act

Open the app between jobs, see what's hot, send the one reply that closes it.

Free tracks every deal that comes in by email or calendar, no time limit. Texts and missed calls — where deals go quiet the fastest — turn on with Pro. 300 tracked messages/calls a month covers the typical single-owner shop working 10–15 active leads through a full follow-up cycle; running hotter than that, Unlimited removes the ceiling. Founding pricing on paid tiers for the first wave of early-access users, before public launch. Annual billing locks in 2 months free at the same founding rate. Need a break instead of canceling? A pause option lands with billing at launch.

Questions

Before you ask — the short answers.

Do I have to change my business phone number?

No. Pro and Unlimited add a Chaseline-tracked number for text and missed-call capture — forward your existing line to it, or hand it out as a second line. Your main number stays exactly as it is.

Is my data private? What does Chaseline actually read?

Chaseline only looks at the inbox, calendar, and number you connect, and it uses that access for one job: sorting your deals by temperature. You can disconnect any connection at any time, and nothing you send is used for anything else.

Which email and calendar do you support today?

Gmail and Google Calendar at launch, with texts and missed calls covered separately through your Chaseline number on Pro and Unlimited. More inboxes and calendars are on the roadmap — see the full list on the integrations page, and tell us what you use when you request access.

What happens if I go over 300 messages a month on Pro?

Nothing breaks — you'll get a heads-up, and can upgrade to Unlimited whenever it makes sense. There's no overage fee or surprise charge.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan, including paid tiers, is cancel-anytime with no long-term commitment.

What if I need to pause instead of canceling?

Life happens. Instead of canceling outright, you'll be able to pause your subscription right from your account — no charge while paused, and everything's exactly as you left it when you come back. Pausing goes live alongside billing at launch.

When can I actually start using it?

Chaseline is in active development right now. Request early access below and you'll hear directly from the person building it as seats open — not an automated drip campaign.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Once you're in, you can invite another business owner from inside the app — when they sign up for an annual Pro plan with your invite, we credit your account with a free month. See how it works on the referral page.

Why this exists

I kept losing jobs to my own inbox.

Chaseline isn't a funded startup with a sales team behind it — it's one person's fix for a problem I kept living: a good lead going quiet because the reply got buried between three conversations and an actual day of work. I'm building it in the open and running my own deals through it before opening it up to anyone else.

No investors to please and no growth number to hit before it's ready — just a tool that has to earn a spot on my own phone before it earns one on yours.
