Don't wait for quiet to follow up

The instinct is to wait until a lead goes quiet before checking back in — give them space, don't be pushy. But silence isn't a neutral state. It usually means they've mentally moved on and just haven't told you yet.

Follow up while it's still warm, not after it's gone cold. A quick "still thinking it over, or did something change?" while the conversation is fresh gets a real answer. The same message a week later gets ignored.

Chaseline sorts your leads by temperature automatically, so the ones about to close never sit at the bottom of the list.
